Providing false identity information constitutes fraud and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
jl25 is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and may request verification at any other time at its discretion. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, SSS ID, GSIS ID, driver's license, passport, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jl25 account credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Deposits via GCash are credited to the player's wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon receipt of cleared funds, which may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the remitting institution.
Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, subject to the verification requirements set out in Section 2.5. The following activities are expressly prohibited on the jl25 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent ban, forfeiture of all account balances, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities:

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, jl25 will retain any funds in the account during the investigation period. Where a suspension results in permanent account closure due to confirmed fraud, the balance may be forfeited or remitted to the relevant regulatory authority as required by law. Where a suspension is found to have been made in error, jl25 will restore the account and any associated balance promptly.
Players may voluntarily close their jl25 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method after deducting any amounts owed to jl25, and any Bonus Funds balance will be forfeited.

Material changes will be communicated to players via a notice on the jl25 platform homepage and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the player's account. The effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions will be clearly indicated at the top of this page.
A player's continued use of the jl25 platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes their acceptance of the revised terms.
